Quick Steps to Identify Problems

Antenna

Slow speeds or no connection at all? The first step is to make sure that your antenna is still installed correctly outside. Ensure it’s secure, and still pointing in the same direction as when we installed it.

Power Adapter

Locate this device in your setup and make sure all the connections are secure. The “PoE” plug should have a wire going outside to your antenna, and the “LAN” plug should be going to your router or computer.

Your Router

Sometimes the most common problem with speeds or connectivity comes down to your router. If you’re certain all other cables are connected properly, simply unplug the power from the wall, wait 30 seconds, and plug it back in.

Reboot

When in doubt, reboot! Most issues experienced by our customers are solved by a simple reboot. Sometimes you may have to unplug the power to everything and plug it all back it, but 90% of the time, it solves our customer’s issues!

Check Your Speed

You can use the tool below to run a speed test of your services. Please note, for the best results, it’s ideal for you to run the test on a laptop or desktop device that is plugged into your router.

Wireless devices will work for the test, but may not deliver a proper result for the speed test.
